My recent stay at Old Kipper Cottage was just as delightful as I remembered from my childhood. the location is perfect, with a charming little beach just a couple of minutes away. All the shops and attractions are conveniently close by, including a larger beach. the cottage itself is cozy and welcoming, with a spacious lounge and three comfortable sofas. the kitchen is well-equipped and the bedrooms are nicely arranged with comfortable beds. the soundproofing between rooms and from downstairs is excellent. I appreciated the key safe system and the clear communication regarding the code. The cottage was impeccably clean, warm, and provided a lovely setting for a memorable family holiday. Cons: Nothing could have been better! 😊.

the attic with on-site was perfect for my sister, who loved it. the owners have done an amazing job with the house, and it had plenty of room for our family. the location of the house, between Fortunes fish smokery and the 199 steps leading to the Abbey, was superb. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Cons: Not obvious to find 👎.

The location of the property was fantastic, with easy access to all the attractions and amenities of the area. We loved being able to explore the nearby beach and enjoy the quaint streets and shops. Additionally, the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
Parking was a challenge, as the closest available parking was further away than expected. The shower had very low pressure and the temperature fluctuated, making it difficult to get a satisfying shower.

Great location near the beach and city center. Beds were comfy and kitchen facilities were good.
The property needs some maintenance and cleaning. The stairs to the top floor were steep and dangerous.
